Here at West Body Shop, we pride ourselves in making sure your repair experience with us is a positive one. Our primary goal at West Body Shop is to return your vehicle to you in a timely manner and in pre-accident condition.
Over the last several months, West Body Shop has been making great strides in improving our communication with customers during their vehicle repairs. Our website is now fully operating and readily available for customers to check on the status of their vehicle repairs. We have also implemented a new texting application tool that can also be used to get updates on your vehicle repair status. Phone calls can still be made and are welcomed but, for those of you who are busy like we are, this system will be a great way to get a quick update.
Repair Authorization Form (Can be found below)
Part of our new repair process includes a Repair Authorization Form to be completed prior to any repairs being made to a vehicle. This form will be sent out via our new texting application tool. All fields marked required will have to be completed before the form can be finalized. If you have any questions or need assistance with this form, you can call or come to the office, and we will be more than happy to help. Along with the Repair Authorization Form, we will also be sending out a reminder on Thursday or Friday of the week prior to your scheduled repair. We will also provide an appointment card when your repair is successfully scheduled. It will include the QR code as well as the address for our website.
Vehicle Drop Off From
To better ensure our knowledge of who vehicles on the lot belong too, we will be requiring our Vehicle Drop Off Form to be completed. This form can be accessed on our website. An appointment card with the QR code and address to our website will be included with this form. Failure to drop on the date scheduled will forfeit your spot.
Insurance/Parts Delays
At West Body Shop, our goal is to complete your vehicle repairs as quickly as possible. Insurance and parts delays, however, do occur and can significantly impact the repair time of a vehicle. These two instances are beyond West Body Shop control. We will communicate these types of delays with the texting application tool as well. When these situations arise, we will do our best to get them taken care of as quickly as we possibly can and your understanding during this time will be greatly appreciated.
With insurance delays, it is always helpful if the customer gets involved by communicating with their insurance company as well.
